Mission Statement: Our mission is to cultivate a community of empowered changemakers through transformative education by fostering individuals who will collectively impact society and drive innovation and social justice.
Vision Statement: "Empowering a generation of proactive changemakers through transformative education, fostering a culture of innovation, empathy, and social responsibility."
Core Values: We will cultivate students into changemakers through a four-step process:
1) Seed Planting - Developing trusting and meaningful relationships with students
2) Watering - Supporting students in navigating their curiosity and inquiry with learning
3) Pruning - Building excellence through constructive (LOVE) feedback
4) Harvesting - Producing Changemakers ready to support the mission of the classroom
